These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuinQuan Cloud services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuinQuan Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

QuinQuan Cloud provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• Cloud computing resources
• Data storage solutions
• Application hosting
• API services
• Related technical support

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without permission
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Store or distribute illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.99% uptime for our services. Details of our SLA:

• Uptime measured monthly
• Excludes scheduled maintenance
• Service credits available for downtime exceeding SLA
• Force majeure events excluded

6. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership of content you store on our platform. You grant us limited rights to process your data solely to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuinQuan Cloud shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuinQuan Cloud harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon account closure, we will delete your data within 30 days

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
